Change from motorway A 4 at the interchange Dresden-West to motorway A 17, exit the motorway at Dresden-Südvorstadt and go further on the main road B 170 in the direction of city center approx. 3 km until the first large intersection with traffic lights. Turn left into Nöthnitzer Straße, following signn for Plauen. The Institute is situated on the left hand side after approx. 700 meters.

Coming from the city center follow the sign A 17 (B 170 – Prag). After the main road B 170 has passed the university campus, follow signs for Plauen and at the large intersection turn to the right into Nöthnitzer Straße.

From Dresden‘s main railway station by tram no. 3 in the direction Coschütz as far as stop Nöthnitzer Straße, and 10 min on foot to the Institute.

From the Dresden-Klotzsche airport either by taxi (30 min) directly to the Institute or by the suburban railway no. 2 to the main station Dresden Hauptbahnhof (22 min), then as above.
